With 3.5 million jobs available across the globe, cybersecurity is one of the fastest-growing and most vital sectors on the planet. However, there remains a significant gender disparity in the industry, with women representing just 25 percent of those roles. Committed to closing that gap, Deloitte celebrated the launch of their 2024 Women in Cyber Initiative, which honors 35 top female leaders in partnership with The Female Quotient, at the 2024 RSA Conference.
